Spanish is a well know language that is spoken around the world. Spanish being introduced in this semester was no surprise, for in our primary schools it is as important as any other subject.
In our Spanish content we were taught the Spanish alphabet which is much different from the English alphabet, numbers, days of the week, months of the year, greetings, time (pm and am), family members, the types of verbs and objects in the classroom and home.
The use of technology was one of the best ideas in introducing Spanish to us the student. Using the computer for my class work instead of having to write all the time is an amazing experience. Because of this I am now able to access information on my own timing.
Beside from the use of technology Spanish is a lot of work, especially when it comes to assignments and having all done on the due date. Spanish is a great t subject but a lot of work comes with it, I am managing.
In this subject area I like the fact of using technology. What I dislike is the many assignments given and the limited time given to complete it.
My overall impression about this course is that it is well presented to us the learners and at the same time a very difficult subject that needs a lot of attention.
I recommend that the use of technology continues to be a teaching method and we as teachers in training should applied what we were taught in our classrooms.
